Of Heart Our Mouth Speaks

Where do our thoughts roam? For out of heart our mouth speaks. Luke 6:45 "the good treasure of his heart." Do our thoughts and speech exemplify our path, our purpose, the goodness of our Almighty God? Our thoughts radiate out in our actions, our demeanor, our outlook, our hope, our joy and peace, our energy and our health in some regards. Are we a Bright shining light upon a hill that cannot be hidden?(Matt 5:14) Our thoughts are at the root. They decide to what extent God will work with and use us. Are we filled with envy, jealousy, strife, hurt, self-pity. Or are our thoughts founded in the Fruits of the Holy Spirit? Radiating out His Love, joy, peace, contentment, gratitude, grace, understanding and wisdom. Stalwartly Confident in His Love and our Salvation! We have the power in our hands, minds, and hearts. The choice is always ours. God is with us. Making us ever brighter and stronger if we ask, if we are rooted in His Spirit, if we follow His faithful guidance and the nudging of the Holy Spirit. We can be the Bright in someone else's life. God Blesses us and gives us the opportunity to be so. May we be a wonderful Blessing to the world around us. Do we speak truth, light and hope? Our Almighty God gives us that in Abundance. It is up to us to receive it through an attitude of continual appreciation that we may also give it. Without appreciation we cannot receive His Blessing of Peace beyond all understanding. It is how we are able to receive His Blessing of Peace and Joy. We are in His Capable and Mighty hands.
